The Faculty Mission

The Faculty focuses on formation of student’s professional skills, based on the assimilation of studying philosophical, political, socio-psychological and cultural-historical knowledge, the ability to think independently, as well as to use ethical and aesthetic standards in society and to align personal interests with that of society.

 

The main tasks of the Faculty:

- Formation of student’s systemic approach to the solution of any practical problems;

- Formation of bachelors’, masters’ and postgraduates’ competence of meaningful acceptance and logically correct carrying out of the manager’s decisions;

- Formation of ability to use a comprehensive approach to analysis of social problems;

- Formation of high motivation for carrying out professional duties through the understanding of social significance of their future profession.

 

The Faculty Traditions

The Faculty traditions are focused on introducing students to their profession, improving the quality of bachelors, masters and postgraduates, the formation of general cultural, professional and universal competence, formation and development of creative and intellectual potential, improving the everyday culture of young people, and society humanizing.
